Holes Chapter 1

In this chapter I learn that the setting is nothing like its name Camp Green Lake. the setting is dry and has no lake at all. I’ve also learnt that there are lots of scorpions, rattlesnakes and yellow spotted lizards. When I hear the name camp green lake I think of grass, trees and of course a big green lake.
