Research On Global Warming And Climate Change
Use the Any Questions website to help you learn about climate change and complete the cause and effect table below. Then write a brief summary of what is happening and what you predict for the future.

Cause
Humans
The human race is most likely the main cause of Climate Change. We have cars that have fuel exhausts, factories that let off large amounts of steam, and plenty more harmful things that make contributions to this problem.
We also have water pollution, where we dump toxic waste and other types of rubbish into the seas, causing destruction against the sea life that inhabit the waters.
Effects
The air pollution us humans are causing have made some very distinguishable marks on planet Earth. We’ve torn holes in our beloved Ozone Layer, which has lead up to global warming. We have also created water pollution. Water pollution has led to a mass loss of marine life, fishermen are having trouble catching their hooks, and are losing money substantially. We are damaging our own race by doing this.
Global Warming is a very big threat to planet Earth, research has shown that the oceans and seas are already hotter than they used to be in winter, the icebergs and glaciers in the colder oceans are also starting to melt, which has lead to the rise of sea level. There is an estimated 275 million people around the world that will be affected by the rising sea level, with asian cities suffering the most damage. For example, Osaka could be losing $1 trillion dollars worth of it’s possessions by 2070.
Summary
Overall, I agree with a lot of people out there who say humans are the primary cause of climate change. I visited China back in Year 6, and when I was taking a train to travel from city to city, I saw an incredible amount of factories and manufacturing centers, all letting off a ton of smoke. I stared at this one massive factory that kept on letting off smoke, I think I probably spent about 20 minutes just staring at the smoke coming out of a giant chimney. I think there are too many factories and old cars scattered around the world, and just think that we should try harder to turn everything into electric powered systems. There is also a lot of rubbish in the sea, and it’s all because of the lazy people who can’t be bothered to walk to the nearest bin. I absolutely hate it when I see people who just throw apple cores and chocolate confectionery wrappers on the ground. The people who inhabit this planet need to clean their act up.
